By managing the day-to-day operations of projects, PMME enables clients to concentrate on the larger picture and make informed decisions based on a thorough understanding and consideration of all important factors
A. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The main fields of expertise in PMCM services are to manage, arrange & oversee the following:

PMME may also arrange for outsourcing expert Specialist Consultants as an extra option to cover certain of the Clients comprehensive requirements, such as:
1) Risk Management
2) Logistics Studies
3) Services related to determination of the accuracy of existing drawings and completion of the tender documents
4) Services related to building site investigations and analysis including appraisal of surface or subsurface conditions.
5) Performing warranty inspections during the Defects Liability Period of the Project.
6) FF&E management and coordination for the project.
7) Services provided in respect of a dispute / claims between the Client and the Contractor
The objectives of Project Management services are to meet the clients’ requirements in an efficient manner, by acting on behalf of the client in the different stages of the project, such as the design phase, the tendering phase, and construction and post construction phase
