Project Management (Middle East) Ltd., (known as PMME), is an Egyptian company, founded by Mr. Antar Abd-ElRazik on 24 Nov 2005 under Egyptian Investment Law No.159/1981, for the purpose of providing Technical Consultancy Management Services for all kinds of Projects, coordinating with all relevant parties and providing technical advice at the upscale end of the market for quality conscious clients.
Mr.Antar Abd-EIRazik, President,has acquired (35) years of experience in the construction industry predominantly in the management of construction and in contracting. Mr.Abd-EIRazik was employed by Kajima Corporation of Japan in a senior executive capacity for Nineteen (19) years and was Vice President Sojitz Oil & Gas of Japan - Cairo for sixteen (16) years
PMME has the unique expertise to understand and provide Contractual assistance & advice in coordinating and administrating Contracts with Japanese Entities and Financing Agencies
